AirX, Inc. ("AirX," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit https://airxinc.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to information collected through the Site and through related sales and marketing activities.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

This policy covers the public website only. Our services for clients, and any data captured during those services, are governed by the separate written agreements between AirX and each client.

AirX builds and deploys intelligent preventive maintenance systems, including drone-based pressure washing, autonomous and robotic mowing, and AI-driven aerial surveying and inspection. Our primary audience is business owners, facility managers, and operators of commercial, industrial, utility, and energy properties. The Site is intended for a general business audience and is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you fill out a contact form, request a free quote, or otherwise reach out through the Site, we collect the information you choose to give us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you share about your property or maintenance needs.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies. This generally includes your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, links clicked, the website you came from, and how you interact with our pages. We use this information for analytics, performance, and marketing purposes.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you not submit it through our forms.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, information, and customer support.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
  • Understand how visitors use the Site and measure the performance of our content.
  • Deliver, measure, and improve our advertising, including retargeting and paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and AdRoll.
  • Communicate with you about AirX, including updates, offers, and relevant content, where permitted.
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Site, and comply with legal obligations.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate the Site, analyze traffic, and support our marketing. These include:

  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors find and use the Site.
  • Meta Pixel, to measure and deliver advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, to measure and deliver advertising on LinkedIn.
  • AdRoll, to support retargeting and advertising across the web.

These tools may set cookies that collect information such as your IP address and browsing activity, and they may combine that information with data they hold from other sources. This allows us to show you AirX ads after you leave the Site and to measure how well our campaigns perform.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, though some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do. You can also opt out of certain advertising cookies through the resources listed in the "Your Choices and Rights" section below.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site and our business, such as hosting, analytics, email, and customer relationship tools. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising platforms. As described above, we share certain online activity and device information with advertising and analytics platforms (including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and AdRoll) so we can measure and deliver advertising. Under some state privacy laws, this type of sharing for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" or a "sale," even though no money is exchanged for your information. You can opt out as described below.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal requests, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AirX, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If AirX is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Form submissions sent through the Site are delivered to AirX by secure email. We do not share the contents of your inquiries with third parties for their own marketing.

Marketing and Project Imagery

AirX captures photos, video, and other imagery during its services and may use selected project imagery, including exterior and "before and after" images of completed work, in its own marketing and promotional materials. If you are an AirX client, the ownership and use of imagery captured during your project are addressed in your service agreement with AirX.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to respond to your inquiry, to maintain our business records, and to comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or render it no longer identifiable.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
